With the rise of the Delta variant, have owners asked you to do anything different at their properties?

No, the owners have not really asked for any additional steps to be taken with the Delta variant. They have just asked that we support local mandates as they are instated.

With the rise of the Delta variant, have tenants asked you to do anything different at their properties?

A few have requested information, specifically regarding HVAC filter types and frequency of changes. Additionally, a specialized extra cleaning has been requested here or there, but that’s about it.

Have any tenants in your properties postponed their re-entry dates?

Not that I am aware of. Actually, in the past two months my buildings have become more active.

Do you anticipate any changes to current protocols due to COVID ramping up again?

At this time, no. We are still in the mindset of having our janitorial teams concentrate on high touch points and specialized cleaning, as required or requested. This would include fogging after a reported COVID case.
