What has been your favorite project to work on throughout your time at Colliers?
I would say working on the new Front & Fulton project. I truly believe this redevelopment is going to serve as a cornerstone for the Brewery District, and it's exciting to be on the front lines talking with potential tenants and shaping the redevelopment.
What has been the biggest learning lesson you will take away from this internship?
Persistence is key. Be a follow up machine. Surround yourself with an awesome team (Andrew, Gilli, Sam and Halle- total rockstars and great people to work with).
What aspects of commercial real estate has this internship made your more interested in?
The number one thing is working with people and potential tenants and hearing their visions for their companies. It has also given me a great outlook on what is going on in the retail sector which I plan to be active in for a while.
