“The historic Del Monte building in downtown Columbus has sold for $2.1 million, public records show. The property at 341 S. Third St. was acquired by an LLC called Full Del Monte, which is connected to a corporate filing center in Sheridan, Wyoming."

Downtown - Greater Columbus Convention Center Seeks Master Plan for Hotel Expansion, Campus Upgrades
"The Greater Columbus Convention Center and the areas surrounding it could see transformations over the coming years, with the facility’s owner prioritizing more hotel rooms, greater connectivity and upgrades to the building itself. The Franklin County Convention Facilities Authority on Thursday posted a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking firms to help develop a comprehensive, campus‑wide master plan."
