“Anduril is gearing up to start work on the next phase of its Arsenal-1 manufacturing complex near Rickenbacker International Airport. Phase two of the project will include building a 924,352-square-foot facility at the intersection of Henson Family Court and Airbase Road in Madison Township, according to Pickaway County building permits obtained by Columbus Business First.”

“A mixed-use development with apartments, office space and a boutique hotel is being proposed near Lower.com Field in the Arena District. An application from architecture firm Gensler was submitted to the city ahead of the August meeting of the Downtown Commission. The project is near Astor Park and involves an undeveloped parking lot at 530 W. Spring St., located near the southwest corner of Nationwide Boulevard and Hocking Street.”

“Easton Place Homes has opened its second phase, bringing 100 additional apartments online at the corner of Easton Loop West and Easton Commons. The complex sits on more than 2.5 acres at 3792 Easton Commons, within walking distance to Easton Town Center. The project is a joint venture between Homeport and Georgetown Co., the developer of Easton.”
