Multifamily - Gay Street Apartment Building Hits the Market for $4.8M

"An entity that appears to be affiliated with an Atlanta-based developer is looking to build a new industrial project in Grove City as speculative construction picks up in Central Ohio. C5 South Columbus LLC submitted an application to the city to rezone about 49 acres at 6588 Seeds Road, with the aim of building three spec warehouses totaling 645,000 square feet. Two of the proposed buildings are planned at approximately 210,000 square feet, while the third would be around 225,000 square feet.”

Industrial - Fyda Freightlin Appears to Buy Obetz Warehouse Property for $5.69M

“The Market at Polaris shopping center has sold for $15.5 million to a Chicago-based real estate investment firm, marking the latest retail acquisition in the area. The 11-acre retail site at 1170-1194 Polaris Pkwy. was purchased by Core Acquisitions, according to the Delaware County Auditor. The center includes 111,328 square feet of retail space and sits within the Polaris Centers of Commerce, adjacent to Polaris Fashion Place.”

Retail - Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant in Grove City Changes Hands for $5.35M

“Saber Healthcare Group has acquired seven nursing facilities in Central Ohio as part of a larger 27-facility portfolio deal spanning three states. The acquisition from Ciena Healthcare adds more than 3,000 licensed beds to Saber’s affiliated network.”
