Multifamily - Gay Street Apartment Building Hits the Market for $4.8M

"Two office properties in Dublin have hit the market for a combined $20 million. The sites total nearly 188,500 square feet and offer investors a mix of traditional and medical office space. The larger of the two, a 138,436-square-foot building at 5555 Glendon Ct., is listed for $10.9 million. The four-story, multi-tenant building is fully leased and includes four full-floor layouts that can be divided

Industrial - Fyda Freightlin Appears to Buy Obetz Warehouse Property for $5.69M

“A Houston-based industrial real estate investment and management firm has acquired three Central Ohio properties as part of a larger portfolio sale across six Midwest markets. SparrowHawk paid just under $400 million for 20 sites in the Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dayton, Louisville and St. Louis areas. Together, the properties span 4.4 million square feet. The company said in a press release it was its largest transaction ever.”

Retail - Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant in Grove City Changes Hands for $5.35M

“The first phase of a six-parcel development is set to break ground in Delaware, bringing new restaurants, services and retailers to a vacant stretch of land near Glennwood Commons shopping center. Trailhead Crossing will be developed on roughly 12 acres of the former Nutter Farm property, located across from Glennwood Commons at the intersection of Biltmore Drive and Sky View Lane. The project is expected to include six buildings and at least eight new businesses.”
