"Columbus is losing an employer to Dublin amid a slowdown in new office construction in the city. Northwest Bank plans to relocate 120 employees to a new headquarters where it expects to grow to a staff of 300, according to a proposal going before Dublin City Council on Monday.”

“Schuler Wealth Planning has relocated its headquarters to Powell as the independent financial management firm continues to expand its team, client base and services. The firm opened a roughly 1,300-square-foot office at 3819 Attucks Dr., replacing its previous shared executive suite near Polaris. The new office is about three times the size of its former space and includes a waiting area and large conference room for client and family meetings.”

“A nearly 300,000-square-foot industrial property in Gahanna has sold for $42 million. Eastgate Business Center, located at 1800-1808 Deffenbaugh Ct., was purchased by Dogwood Industrial Properties, according to Franklin County Auditor records. The out-of-state company has offices in Dallas, Boston and Charlotte.”
