“A pair of speculative industrial buildings totaling 337,000 square feet are under construction in the New Albany International Business Park. The project, developed by Tenby and dubbed the New Albany Innovation Center, is located on 23 acres at 9490-9500 Innovation Campus Way. The property lies in an industrial area that is about 3 miles south of the future Intel campus. Other nearby businesses include Amazon Web Services, Axium Packaging, Accel, Amcor and Hims.”

“Columbus-based Elford Inc. was selected to develop the first phase of an aerospace research park just outside Ohio State University Airport that will pair with a future privately run space station. Elford is leading pre-construction work and Colliers International is leading the search for tenants.”

“OhioHealth Corp. has applied to rezone the former Big Lots Inc. headquarters for ‘hospital or medical use.’ The existing zoning for a commercial planned development district would have allowed outpatient medical offices, according to the Columbus Department of Building and Zoning Services. Rezoning is required only if there is an intent to have overnight hospital stays.”
