“An Indianapolis-based real estate investment manager has purchased a warehouse north of Rickenbacker International Airport. Ambrose paid $20.1 million for the roughly 200,000-square-foot building at 6770 Shook Road, according to Franklin County property records and a company announcement.”

“An office space provider will expand its Ohio footprint in 2026, adding four new locations including its second in Dublin. International Workplace Group is planning its latest Central Ohio site at 5625 Frantz Road, joining another Dublin location at 6387 Emerald Pkwy. that launched last year. The new space will open in the third quarter, according to a press release.”

“National Church Residences has opened a $27 million, 88-unit senior housing community on the far east side of Columbus, backed in part by an investment from insurer UnitedHealth Group Inc. Berwyn East Place at 3341 E. Livingston Ave. integrates healthcare and support services in affordable units tailored for seniors, especially those at risk of losing their housing. A public-private partnership including other insurers brought the project to fruition.”
