“A three-story office building on East Broad Street has hit the market. The 35,809-square-foot mirrored building at 395 E. Broad St., east of Grant Avenue and next to Egan-Ryan Funeral Home, includes two fully leased floors and an 11,000-square-foot third floor that's available for a new tenant.”

“A Wood Cos. project in Dublin is advancing to the third and final phase of city approvals. Dubbed Monterey Village by the developer, the project will feature short blocks and passages, pedestrian connections, small building footprints and a town square for daily use and periodic events.”

“A proposed travel center from the wildly popular Texas chain Buc-ee's could bring another location of the roadside destination to Ohio − this time in Mansfield. Mansfield Mayor Jodie Perry said in a March 9 Facebook post that a petition for annexation has been filed to develop a Buc-ee's travel center near the intersection of Interstate 71 and State Route 39.”
