“Worthington Steel is moving its headquarters from its namesake city of Worthington to the Easton area after purchasing an office building there. On April 24, Worthington Steel acquired an office building at 3344 Morse Crossing south of Easton Town Center for $7.75 million, according to Franklin County Auditor records. Worthington Steel told The Dispatch that it plans to move 400 of its approximate 5,000 employees to the Easton location in 2026.”

“A former Coca-Cola distribution center not far from the shuttered Eastland Mall has changed hands. The 28-acre property at 4500 Groves Road has an over 120,000-square-foot warehouse and includes 9,600 square feet of office space. It was bought by Steve Lindsay, vice president of Lindsay Automotive Inc. – which has car dealerships on the east side of the region – for around $6.45 million.”

“A new-to-Columbus pickleball concept will occupy the 17,250-square-foot retail space at the Astor Park office building in the Arena District. Pickle Park & Pub will be the anchor tenant at the five-story office building located at 600 W. Nationwide Blvd., across from Lower.com Field, according to a press release from the Pizzuti Cos. and Roth Real Estate Group. The pickleball venue is expected to open in January 2026 and will feature five indoor pickleball courts, one outdoor court, golf simulators, a kitchen and bar and an outdoor covered patio that overlooks Lower.com Field. It also will have a pickleball-focused retail component.”
