“A new commercial building has been proposed on the site of a surface parking lot in Dublin's Bridge Street District. An entity named 6285 Sawmill Road LLC has submitted a concept plan for a 5,450-square-foot outparcel at the northwest corner of Sawmill and Martin roads. The proposal involves the creation of a new, half-acre property that would eliminate 52 parking spaces from the lot of an existing retail development.”

“Another downtown building could be demolished to prep for an upgrade to the municipal complex on South High Street. The Franklin County Board of Commissioners submitted a request this week to the Downtown Commission to raze the empty jail at 370 S. Front St.”

“An east Columbus warehouse developed by Crawford Hoying has sold for $33 million. The 205,000-square-foot facility was acquired by Corona, California-based AH Columbus LLC, according to the Franklin County Auditor.”
