“A Columbus developer is moving forward with the next phase of a $600-million multi-block Downtown development. The Edwards Companies has submitted plans for a 12-story apartment building on 4th Street just south of East Broad Street Downtown. The building would rise on a parking lot between Preston Centre and the YWCA and form a link between the developer's Preston Centre project and the rest of the proposed 10-acre development, called Capitol Square Renaissance.”

“A natural gas pipeline will be built to help power a data center in Central Ohio. Morgantown, West Virginia-based Hope Utilities announced the project, which will supply a fuel cell project being developed by American Electric Power. The pipeline and associated natural gas facilities will be built, operated and maintained by Northeast Ohio Natural Gas Corp., a subsidiary of Hope Utilities.”

“A former part of Nationwide's downtown headquarters complex could convert to housing, according to an application filed with the city of Columbus. Nationwide Realty Investors, the commercial real estate development affiliate of the insurance and financial services giant, has filed a preliminary site plan for 280 N. High St., the 18-story office formerly known as Two Nationwide Plaza.”
