"A real estate investment trust based in Singapore has purchased a DHL Supply Chain warehouse in Central Ohio. CapitaLand Ascendas REIT recently announced the sale-and-leaseback deal with Westerville-based DHL for the property at 8695 Basil-Western Road NW in Violet Township. The transaction is valued at $73.8 million, according to the Fairfield County Auditor."

“The redevelopment of former farmland near the Ohio State University Airport is moving forward as Cleveland-based NRP Group plans for roughly 900 apartments along that corridor. One portion of the project, called OSU Airport East, would bring 474 units across 27 acres at 2575 W. Dublin-Granville Road.”

“Westerville has substantially completed the road network and utility infrastructure for its Westar Place business district expansion, but the city is seeking the right companies to occupy the sites, prioritizing job growth and specific economic sectors. The city has spent more than $30 million to make former farm fields "shovel-ready" for companies that want to locate there."
