“An out-of-state logistics and warehousing company recently purchased a warehouse near Rickenbacker International Airport and the Anduril site. The 324,000-square-foot facility at 4450 S. Hamilton Road in Groveport sold last week for $40.9 million, according to Franklin County property records.”

“A Fortune 500 insurance company is expanding in Columbus with a new office at Easton Town Center. The Hartford Insurance Group Inc. (NYSE: HIG) has opened what it describes as a "technology hub" at 4131 Worth Ave. The hub will hold approximately 75 employees focused on AI, cloud architecture and technology transformation, according to a press release. The workforce will be comprised of new hires and employees who have worked remotely in the region.”

“Plans for the 24-story mixed-use tower on East Rich Street were resubmitted to the Downtown Commission, showing a cut in residential units since the last proposal. Bluestone Brothers, in partnership with architect Berardi Partners, had submitted plans in 2025 to demolish four buildings across 175-199 E. Rich St. in order to construct a high-rise called Estrella Tower.”
