“Scotts Miracle-Gro Co. plans to stay in Marysville but is looking to downsize office space, new CEO Nate Baxter said. The 1980s office building on an expanse of grass at the Scottslawn Road exit of Route 33 has quietly been on the market for more than a year.”

“A mixed-use development with retail and apartments would transform a stretch of surface parking lots near the East Broad Street corridor. The proposed $96 million project from Pizzuti Cos. and Encova Insurance includes 518 residential units and 15,000 square feet of retail space on Oak Street and South Washington Avenue, near the insurance compamy's headquarters at 471 E. Broad St.”

“A 202-acre site near a planned $2 billion data center campus in Fairfield County is for sale. The property, located at 12930 Lancaster-Kirkersville Road NW in Liberty Township, is listed by David Coe of New Albany-based SMRE Brokerage. Coe said he does not own the site but is representing the family that does.”
