“A new project is proposed for a Dublin site that for years has been targeted for development. Wood Companies submitted a concept plan for a commercial project described in city documents as the Monterey Drive Development. The nearly 7-acre property consists of 13 parcels located on both sides of Monterey Drive and south of West Bridge Street. It is within the Bridge Street District's Historic Transition Neighborhood.”

“The state's Transformational Mixed-Use Development tax credit program would grow by 50% for two years but lower the cap for any single project under the Ohio Senate budget proposal released Tuesday. The Senate version also restores and creates several incentives to build housing and creates a $1.7 billion fund for stadium development including for the Cleveland Browns.”
