“A new Bridge Park block featuring a hotel and Cameron Mitchell restaurant is a step closer to construction after landing additional approvals from the city of Dublin. A preliminary development plan and conditional use for a parking garage within the massive project site, which also includes an event venue, condominiums and office space, were approved by the Dublin Planning & Zoning Commission at its Thursday meeting.”

“A project that would bring a physician practice to Worthington has expanded to include a multi-building medical office park. The Worthington Municipal Planning Commission on Thursday will consider a preliminary development plan for Bridgewell Commons, which is to be located on four parcels at 127, 133, 139 and 145 E. Wilson Bridge Road off I-270 on the north side of the city.”

“A Nashville-based real estate firm is working to renovate the former Magnuson Grand hotel in the Worthington area into a 180-unit apartment community. According to AGB Real Estate President Adam Rosenberg, the company acquired the property at 888 E. Dublin Granville Rd. in May and hopes to open to residents in January 2026 as Lumarc apartments.”
