“Woda Cooper's plan for a residential development near the Columbus State Community College campus was approved by the Downtown Commission. The $54 million development, called Opportunity Pointe, will include 186 affordable apartments units.”

Development - Gahanna's $105M 'Creekside Reimagined' Project to Move Forward Following City Approval
“The city of Gahanna has agreed to move forward with a massive effort to enhance the vibrancy of its Creekside District. After two months of deliberations and multiple rounds of public engagement, Gahanna City Council on Monday approved a development agreement for Creekside Reimagined – a $105 million project that includes a mix of commercial and residential spaces constructed in multiple phases.”
