“A Hims distribution center in New Albany was acquired in a portfolio transaction made by an Atlanta-based real estate investment firm. MDH Partners paid $34.3 million for the 302,880-square-foot facility at 9750 Innovation Campus Way. The industrial building is located on 21.3 acres in the New Albany International Business Park.”

“The new owner of the five-story building on Gay Street that houses French bistro Chouette is freshening up the space to attract new tenants – and mulling a possible conversion to residential on one floor. Jeff Chaddock purchased the 13,480-square-foot property for $2.1 million in July, after admiring the historic site from afar.”

“VanTrust Real Estate has resubmitted a concept plan for a new development on a vacant lot in Dublin. The mixed-use project at the intersection of Emerald Parkway and Woerner Temple Road now includes 19,500 square feet of commercial space and 248 apartment and townhome units. That's down slightly from the 25,000-square-foot commercial area and 280 apartments the developer first proposed in February 2024.”
