“Speculative industrial construction activity in Central Ohio "accelerated significantly" in the second quarter this year, prominent commercial real estate firm Colliers said. It represented the "strongest pace of speculative development" since the market expansion of 2021-2022.”

Construction starts next month to build clean rooms for training on how to process pharmaceutical and biological products in the former R&D center for Commercial Vehicle Group at 7800 Walton Pkwy.”
