“CK Construction is expanding its office footprint as the company continues to grow, moving into a new space designed to accommodate its workforce and provide room for future expansion. The Westerville-based construction company's new office at 500 Olde Worthington Road will offer more meeting space and dedicated areas for employee training, learning and professional development, according to a press release.”

“Another housing development – this one with over 1,000 units – is being proposed in an area of Central Ohio that has seen a bevy of recent residential activity. Imperial, Pennsylvania-based Maronda Homes wants to bring the project to about 220 acres at and around 3801 Brice Road in southeast Columbus, according to a rezoning application filed with the city.”

“The Columbus region has led other major Midwest regions in jobs and wage growth, further supporting its reputation as an economic power, the Columbus Partnership is reporting. The region added 11,977 jobs, from March, 2025 to March, 2026, an increase of 1.1%, according to newly released Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. That's more than 18 times the national growth rate of 0.06%, but about just about normal for a growing economy, according to experts.”
