"The second half of an on-site generation project for Meta data centers in New Albany is moving forward. The first half of the project, called Socrates South Power Generation Facility, was approved by the Ohio Power Siting Board earlier this year. The 200-megawatt natural gas power plant is currently under construction, according to state records."

“A new player is joining the Columbus car wash scene. Oregon-based Tsunami Express Car Wash’s name will pop up around town in the coming months after its acquisition this week of 53 Take 5 Car Wash locations from North Carolina-based Whistle Express Car Wash, a franchisee of the Take 5 brand.”

“The city is moving forward with plans to demolish the James A. Karnes Building at the northeast corner of High and Fulton streets to make way for a new courthouse, a project that has been more than five years in the making. Plans were submitted to the Downtown Commission to demolish the current five-story structure on the nearly 1.8 acre site at 410 S. High St. and replace it with a new eight-story Franklin County Municipal Court building.”
