Multifamily - Gay Street Apartment Building Hits the Market for $4.8M

“Ohio State University will move its law school – and the energy of 500 students and 100 faculty and staff – to the heart of downtown Columbus at Broad and High streets, closer to courthouses and future employers. Downtown Columbus Inc., OSU and city officials announced Monday that Moritz College of Law aims to start classes in fall 2029 in the historic Huntington building at 17 S. High St. Trustees approved a 20-year lease in June.”

Industrial - Fyda Freightlin Appears to Buy Obetz Warehouse Property for $5.69M

“OhioHealth Corp.'s strategic land acquisitions near existing and potential future hospitals have created a foray into a new type of business: corporate office landlord. The Columbus health system bought the Offices at Hamilton Quarter at 4960 E. Dublin Granville Road, which is next door to the former Big Lots corporate headquarters where OhioHealth is exploring new uses that could include a hospital.”

Retail - Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant in Grove City Changes Hands for $5.35M

“A Delaware industrial facility occupied by two major manufacturers has sold for $33.75 million. The 257,120-square-foot property at 2039 Pittsburgh Dr. was sold by Camber Co. to SR Realty Trust, a private REIT based in Minneapolis. The property is part of Pittsburgh Drive Business Park, a developing industrial area near the Delaware Municipal Airport.”
