Industrial - 1.6M Square-Foot Warehouse Near Rickenbacker Sells for $118.8M

“A large warehouse near Rickenbacker International Airport recently sold for over $100 million. A company with a Colorado address, Selco Service Corp., purchased the 1.6 million-square-foot building at 6241 Shook Road for $118.8 million, according to Franklin County property records. The sale included two parcels, which combine to roughly 86 acres.”

Development - Dublin's Bridge Street District Set to Expand With Massive Mixed-Use Development

“A massive mixed-use development is slated for construction in Dublin's Bridge Street District. The project, which has a working name of Bridge North, will offer hospitality, residential, office and retail space across five buildings. It will be located on Riverside Drive between John Shields Parkway and Tuller Road.”
