“Honda might be making another big investment in Ohio. The automaker is exploring a new U.S. auto plant dedicated to hybrid vehicle production and, according to a report out of Japan, the Buckeye State is a potential landing spot.”

“A major real estate investor has scooped up a property near Rickenbacker International Airport for almost $100 million – the latest large-scale deal in the area as demand remains strong. AREIT Columbus LC LLC recently purchased a roughly 900,000-square-foot warehouse at 9570 Logistics Ct. in Harrison Township, located just south of the airport. The exact sale price was $95.25 million, according to Pickaway County property records.”

“Columbus is swapping out an Arena District parking lot for more residential development. Nationwide Realty Investors will take the gravel surface lot at 154 Vine St. and turn it into One Twenty Vine – a seven-story, 242-unit apartment complex spanning two buildings.”
