“A Denver-based company is expanding its local presence by moving into a new warehouse near Rickenbacker International Airport, tripling its local workforce in the process. Distributor Wire & Cable, an electrical wire and cable supplier, opened its new 153,000-square-foot warehouse last week at 7607 Robinett Way in Canal Winchester. The new location is more than seven times the size of its previous location in Gahanna, according to a press release.”

“A former Big Lots location that closed in the wake of the retailer's Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing has found new life. Habitat for Humanity MidOhio announced this month that the 29,000-square-foot storefront at 5419 Roberts Road in Hilliard will be home to one of the nonprofit's ReStore facilities.”

“A massive mixed-use development of apartments, office, hotel and event space south of Lower.com Field was reviewed by the Downtown Commission on Tuesday. ‘This is becoming a destination and a district unto itself,’ Jonathan Barnes from Gensler architects told the commission about the area.”
