“An out-of-state developer is proposing a new industrial building near Rickenbacker International Airport. The Village of Commercial Point is considering a proposal to build a 155,000-square-foot warehouse on a 21-acre property that runs along Route 104 near its intersection with Durrett Road.”

“Horizon Science Academy has acquired the former Hondros College building for its new elementary school. The charter public school paid $3 million for the property at 4140 Executive Pkwy. in Westerville, according to the Franklin County Auditor. The two-story, 48,000-square-foot building sits on 5.4 acres and was built in 1999.”

“A multi-tenant commercial building is under construction near the New Albany International Business Park. The project at 5065 Forest Dr. in New Albany will include 15,000 square feet divided among four businesses. Only one space remains as three tenants have committed to the new development, which is located off Route 62 at the corner of Smith's Mill Road and Forest Drive.”
