“A portion of the parking lot shared by Gemüt Biergarten in Olde Towne East has hit the market for $1.75 million, with the seller hoping a new owner could develop the site. The 0.64-acre property at 25 S. Garfield Ave. spans three parcels, stretching from the brewery's shared parking lot along Parsons Avenue to South Garfield Avenue. The shape of the site resembles the number seven.”

“Business travel in Columbus is growing at one of the fastest clips in the country among the nation’s emerging markets, ranking higher than cities such as Indianapolis, San Antonio and Salt Lake City. Columbus ranked second on a new report examining secondary markets for business travel, which was released Wednesday by FCM Travel. FCM describes itself as one of the world’s largest travel management companies.”

The developer, responsible for Bridge Park – a successful and ever-growing mixed-use development in Dublin – went before the Worthington Municipal Planning Committee on Thursday.”
