“A mixed-use development is moving forward in New Albany Village Center.
Previously referred to as New Albany Towne Center, it's since been renamed Upper East. The development site is located on nearly 3 acres northeast of Eagles Pizza and north of East Main Street.”

“Redevelopment work has started on the site of the former Kroger bakery and Ford plant, which is transforming into a mixed-use residential and hospitality project called the Assembly. The $155 million development in downtown Columbus spans 11 acres and will include 351 residential units, a private hospitality club, fitness amenities and retail space across two renovated historic structures and three new residential buildings.”

Rebol, which is one of Cleveland-based Ethos Hospitality Group’s restaurant brands, announced on social media that it will move into the 935 Polaris Pkwy. spot in Westerville that previously housed the fast-casual chicken chain.”
