“An affordable housing development may be coming to one of Central Ohio's wealthiest areas. The four-story, 75-unit multifamily building is planned on a vacant, 1.6-acre lot at the corner of Dublin Center Drive and West Dublin Granville Road in Dublin. The $23.8 million project, called "All In Dublin," is proposed by All Inclusive Living and the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority.”

“A Japanese auto parts supplier is investing $11 million in its Central Ohio facility. Ohashi Technica USA Manufacturing – part of Tokyo-based Ohashi Technica Inc. – recently began a renovation and expansion project at its Sunbury complex, which is located at 111 Burrer Dr. The investment will increase production capacity by 20,000 square feet and create 20 new jobs, according to a press release from One Columbus.”

“Two residential development projects that would add a nine-story and a 16-story tower on the same block of North High Street near Lane Avenue were reviewed last week by the University Impact Design Review Board. The review process continues for a proposed 16-story tower at the corner of Lane Avenue and High Street, with commissioners somewhat favorable on the design progress but non-committal on final approval for the project.”
