“An office building located within the Corporate Exchange Office Park off I-270 near Westerville has sold. The building at 2500 Corporate Exchange Dr. was purchased for $4.3 million by the Village Network, a Wooster-based behavioral health nonprofit, in a deal that closed Tuesday, according to the Franklin County Auditor.”

“A Giant Eagle Market District will fill the ground-floor retail space of a 14-story tower that will go up in the second phase of The Peninsula development, Downtown Columbus Inc. announced Tuesday. Construction of the building at 317 W. State St. is expected to begin in 2026.”
